About these terms

These terms apply to this website, astrenik.click, and to anyone who reads it. By using the site you accept them as they stand on the day of your visit. If you disagree with a point here, the simplest answer is not to use the website.

The site is operated by Red Rock Tackle, a tackle shop. We do not publish a street address on these pages; the contact address below reaches us. We may update the terms when the site changes, and the current version always appears on this page.

Using this website

You may read, print and share the pages for your own use. You may not copy the content into another website, sell it, or pull it down in bulk with automated tools. Everything on the site is open to read straight away, with no membership and no password.

Please use the contact form sensibly. It accepts at most five requests per hour from the same source, and automated spam is blocked. Messages sent through the form are answered within two working days, and often sooner when the shop is quiet.

Our products and advice

We sell rods, reels and lures, and we give honest local advice about what works in the waters around us. What we write on the website is general guidance, not a promise about what you will catch or about any particular result on the water.

Product descriptions and pictures are there to help you choose. Stock changes, colours vary between batches, and a photo may differ slightly from the item on the shelf. If a detail matters to you, ask us by phone or in the shop before ordering.

Prices

Prices shown on the website are indicative. They are not a binding quotation and they may change with stock, season and supplier costs. The price that applies to you is the one we confirm when you place your order.

We keep the figures on the site as accurate as we can, but an outdated figure can survive a price change. If a price you have seen looks wrong, tell us and we will confirm the current one before anything is agreed.

Ordering and payment

Products and services are ordered by phone or in person, not through this website. Payment is made in the shop or on delivery, as agreed when you order. The website takes no payment and asks for no card or bank details at any point.

An order becomes binding when we confirm it and the terms of payment are agreed between us. Delivery arrangements, timing and any charges are settled in that same conversation, so please ask if anything is unclear before you commit.

The free helper apps

The helper apps on this website are free tools that you may install on your device. They contain no games, no points and no purchases. Installing one adds an offline copy of its pages to the device, and you can remove it whenever you like.

What you save in an app, whether a list of items or your diary entries, stays on your device. We cannot see it and we hold no copy of it. If you clear your browser storage or uninstall the app, that content is gone.

Content, ownership and liability

The text, layout and pictures on this website belong to the shop or are used with permission. Nothing here reduces your rights under Australian consumer law. We keep the information accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every page is free of mistakes or available at all times.

We are not responsible for decisions made purely on the basis of general advice on the site; fishing depends on water, weather and skill. Our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, and nothing in these terms removes a right you cannot lawfully give up.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy notice explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form and why the server keeps a spam hash. In short: it is used only to answer you, and requests and hashes are deleted automatically after six months.

Questions about these terms go to info@astrenik.click, and we answer within two working days. If a term changes, the new version replaces the old one on this page; continuing to use the site means the current version applies to you.
